I have the best memories of this vacation. I can't think of any part of it that I didn't absolutely love. We started off by driving down the southern Oregon coast and camping at Gold Beach for a few nights. The weather was great, and the kids enjoyed the beach and our campsite.

We drove down through the Redwoods and then on to San Francisco where we visited my friend, Donald, and his wife, Celine. After that, we enjoyed camping near Hearst Castle for a couple nights.

Finally, we spent a few days at Disneyland, wandering around the park and getting the most out of our park passes.

When I see this video and listen to the music, it captures a feeling that is almost dream-like: perfect, empty beaches to play on; magnificent forests to walk through; and a very happy time to be with each other.
